Acapulco Gold
Ingredients
2 ounces gold rum
1 ounce coconut cream
2 ounces pineapple juice
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
Whipped cream, for garnish
Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry (for garnish)
Directions
In a blender, combine gold rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice with a scoop of crushed ice. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into a chilled tall glass or hurricane glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
