Watermelon Sorbet
Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1/3 cup lime juice
6 cups watermelon, cubed
1 tablespoon watermelon vodka
Directions
Cook the sugar, water and lime juice together, stirring occasionally until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and chill.
Cut up the watermelon and remove seeds. Puree in a blender or food processor. Add chilled syrup. Freeze in an ice-cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. Freeze in an airtight container until firm.
