Light, fruity and not too sweet.
Rum Punch
Ingredients
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup light rum
1/2 cup dark rum
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup grenadine
Orange slices and pineapple wedges, for garnish
Directions
In a large pitcher, mix pineapple juice, orange juice, light rum, dark rum and lime juice. Slowly pour in the grenadine to create a gradient effect. Stir gently and chill. Garnish with orange slices and pineapple wedges. Serve in glasses over crushed ice.
