Scrambled Eggs with Cream Cheese
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter
Fresh chives, for garnish
Directions
Whisk eggs and milk into a medium mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, using the whisk to break up the cheese into small pieces. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, Add in the eggs. Use a spatula to mix the eggs so they cook through. Garnish with fresh chives.
