2 cups heavy cream
1 cup milk
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1½ cups sharp white cheddar, shredded
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
2 tablespoons butter for greasing dish
Parsley, finely chopped for garnish

Preheat oven to 375. Butter a 13x9" baking dish.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cream, milk, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Heat until hot but not boiling.
