Chocolate Coconut Truffle Martini
Ingredients
2 ounces chocolate liqueur
1 ounce coconut rum
1 ounce heavy cream
1/2 ounce dark rum
Shredded coconut, for the rim
• Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish
Directions
Coat the rim of a martini glass with shredded coconut.
In a shaker, combine chocolate liqueur, coconut rum, heavy cream and dark rum with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings or dust with cocoa powder for a finishing touch.
