Butterbeer Cocktail
Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 ounces spiced rum
1 ounce butterscotch schnapps or liqueur
6 ounces cream soda
Pinch nutmeg
Directions
Place one scoop vanilla ice cream in the bottom of a rocks glass. Pour the rum and butterscotch schnapps on top. Slowly pour in the cream soda, waiting for the fizz to settle down before adding more. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
