Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce honey syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
Directions
Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup and orange bitter in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled and strain into a glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
