A bright green cocktail with a tart flavor
Radioactive Cocktail
Ingredients
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup white rum
1/4 cup melon liqueur
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
Lime wheel, for garnish
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add pineapple juice, white rum, melon liqueur and lemon juice. Shake until well chilled.
Fill a cocktail glass with fresh ice. Strain the mixture into the glass. Garnish with a lime wheel, cherry, and green straws.
For a mocktail version, replace the white rum with lemon-lime soda and the the melon liqueur with melon syrup.
