Potent with a candy flavor that's not too intense
Candy Cane Martini
Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces vanilla vodka
1 ounce peppermint schnapps
1 ounce creme de cacao
1 ounce half and half
Crushed candy canes, for rim
Directions
Dip the rim of a martini glass in simple syrup. Roll the rim in crushed candy canes. Set aside
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vanilla vodka, peppermint schnapps, creme de cacao and half and half. Shake until the mixture is well chilled. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
