Butterscotch Cream Martini

Creamy and smooth with a sweet butterscotch flavor. 

Butterscotch Cream Martini

Ingredients
2 ounces butterscotch schnapps
1 ounce vanilla vodka
1 ounce Irish cream
1 ounce cream
Whipped cream, for garnish
Butterscotch syrup, for garnish
Crushed toffee bits or cookie crumbs for rimming the glass

Directions
Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass into cream then dip into crushed toffee bits or cookie crumbs.  Set aside.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, combine butterscotch schnapps, vanilla vodka, Irish cream , and cream. Shake until chilled. Strain into the prepared martini glass. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of butterscotch syrup.
