Creamy and smooth with a seasonal twist
Coconut Eggnog Martini
Ingredients
1 ounce coconut cream
2 ounces eggnog
1 ounce coconut rum
1 ounce vodka
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus extra for garnish
Ice cubes
Toasted coconut flakes and a cinnamon stick, for garnish
Directions
Rim a martini glass with coconut milk and dip it in toasted coconut flakes. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, combine coconut milk, eggnog, coconut rum, vodka and nutmeg. Add ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into the prepared martini glass. Sprinkle with extra nutmeg and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Serve chilled.
