A cocktail with a light botanical flavor.
Elderflower Rose Gimlet
Ingredients
2 ounces gin
1 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
1 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 teaspoon rose water
Food grade rose petals, for garnish
Directions
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup and rose water. Shake until well chilled. Strain mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice or a cocktail glass. Garnish with rose petals.
